Donald Mac Callum is a senior partner at DETEKT, OnePointZero, and a Co-founder of io2-Hub. A self-motivated and engaging business manager with expertise in electronics manufacturing, with a clear understanding of client’s overall requirements for on time delivery within budget. From previous roles in Engineering, Sales & Account Management, developed a unique insight and ability to deliver custom client solutions to multi-national corporations for over 25 years with customer centricity at the core. Experience in China over 13 years shaped intercultural skills to manage supply base and execute on projects in a foreign country, servicing accounts across the US, Europe and Asia.
A solid track record of performance and a recent tribute, being recognized this year as one of the top 15 Irish citizen’s in Asia.
Eric Voigt

Eric Voigt is a senior partner at DETEKT, OnePointZero and a Co-founder of io2-Hub. Originally from Germany Eric trained as a Mechanical Engineer; then progressed to be an Officer in the German Armed Forces; later he graduated with a double-degree in Law & Business from the renowned University of Furtwangen, Germany and SLU, USA.
Eric has worked for leading corporations and private equity funds including Zwilling; Zumtobel; Gentherm; Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and Argosy & Partner.
In the early 1990’s he was on the pioneering team positioning Zwilling in China, followed by the development and execution of the turnaround for Zumtobels Asia Electronic Division and assisting the board at IPO raising $500 Mio. In 2012
Eric is a strategic thinker and leader in innovative progression, speaking four languages he has the ability transcend across cultures by engaging with new ideas and concepts.
Gordon Styles
3D Printing Entrepreneur
Gordon Styles is a British born entrepreneur in the field of 3d printing, rapid prototyping and low-volume manufacturing. He is also a keen amateur economist writes extensively on political economy, world history, and global politics.
Gordon is the founder of Star Rapid which is one of the world’s leading rapid prototyping and low-volume manufacturing companies. Star employs over 220 people, has sales of $15M, exporting to 47 countries. STAR was started in June 2005 and now occupies approximately 60,000 ft2 of factory and offices in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, China. STAR also has regional offices in the USA, UK and Germany.
